  14. I'm just getting into this internet thing and have a 14.4 generic fax modem and am 
  15. considering upgrading to a 28.8 system.  Are there new, faster systems around the 
  16. corner?  If not, what is the best 28.8 I can get my hands on today.  Thanks!
